Physical Products

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Requirements:

• Unused condition

• Original packaging

• Proof of purchase

Refunds processed in 5–10 business days after approval.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

 

Digital Products (NFTs)

All NFT sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds for:

• Claimed NFTs

• Wallet errors

• Gas fees

• User mistakes

• Blockchain failures

Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will replace or refund when applicable.

 

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment only.

No cancellations after shipping or NFT minting.

 

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
